- The ten finalists MUST be available to attend the judging lunch held in Central London at Quagilino's on 22 August.
- The two winners MUST be able to attend The Marketing Forum from 24-27 September on board the P&O ship Aurora.
- The prize includes travel from within the UK to Southampton on 24 September, for boarding of Aurora, accommodation, meals with wine and return travel to within the UK on 27 September.
- This prize is offered subject to the terms and conditions applied to all Marketing Forum delegates.
